What to Expect
Assist with statewide provider training logistics, including scheduling, materials development, and attendance tracking
Provide administrative support, maintain project timelines, and coordinate communication with stakeholders
Collect and enter data on training participation and outcomes, maintaining records for performance reporting
Organize meetings, webinars, and events to support project initiatives
Provide general support to maternal and infant health initiatives as needed
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field plus three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience, OR
High School Diploma plus seven (7) years of project coordination or administrative support experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of maternal health initiatives and provider training programs
How to Stand Out
Experience in data analysis and program evaluation
Familiarity with grant‑funded project management
Previous involvement in maternal health programs or similar initiatives
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience in coordinating logistics for training or events
