Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of our restaurant outlets, including dining room, lounge, in-room dining, coffee shop, and special events.

Lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver warm, attentive, and authentic service.

Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director and cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations.

Drive guest satisfaction through quality control, employee engagement, and training.

Monitor financial performance—manage budgets, control costs, and boost revenue through smart planning and creative promotions.

Coordinate and execute special events, holiday functions, and unique dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, including wine, beer, and spirits is preferred.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Tech-savvy with working knowledge of POS systems and general computer applications.

Detail-oriented and service-driven, with a “yes, and…” mindset.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications – External

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people

3years or more of hotel F&B leadership experience (preferably with Hyatt)

Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

Proven leadership skills

Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line

Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts
