Office Manager Watershed is seeking an experienced, self‑motivated, and organized Office Manager. This part‑time position includes office management, administrative, and bookkeeping responsibilities, detailed below. Candidates should have 3‑5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and office administration, strong organizational abilities, a high level of discretion, and attention to detail.

Our office is small and highly collaborative. This position has the flexibility to be remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

Financial data entry and reconciliation

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Payroll and taxes

Experience with the BQE Core platform is ideal, but not required

Operations oversight

HR support

Supply management

Administrative support

Insurance and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

3‑5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and office administration

Strong organizational abilities

High level of discretion

Attention to detail

Knowledge of BQE Core platform is a plus
