About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its dynamic, community-rooted institution. The CEO will be responsible for translating the organization's mission into daily operations, with a focus on program excellence, member experience, and facility operations. This role demands a strong and collaborative manager who can lead a C-suite team and is ultimately accountable for community engagement, programming, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior leadership role within a mission-driven organization, with a deep understanding of program oversight, strategic planning, and operational management. They must be a dynamic and charismatic leader, skilled in engaging with the community, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the development of best-in-class, member-centered programming, ensuring the organization's facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with the CPO, COO, and CFO to plan and execute programs that reflect community values and priorities, and will be dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the organization's physical space. They should also have a strong focus on staff leadership and organizational culture, with the ability to supervise and support the C-suite and department heads, and to identify opportunities for staff development and growth. The CEO will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, donors, and key stakeholders, and to champion strategies for membership growth and retention.
