About the Role

The Company is in search of a President/CEO to lead its statewide organization with a focus on economic mobility and opportunity. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for the mission, with a deep commitment to the values of the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive systemic impact by scaling innovative, experiential education initiatives in the areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. The President/CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the organization, including financial performance, Board relations, fundraising, human resources, marketing, and overall leadership. They must be adept at building and strengthening cross-sector partnerships and ensuring that the organization delivers measurable outcomes for students, educators, employers, and communities.

Applicants for the President/CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of ten years in nonprofit leadership. A demonstrated understanding of financial literacy and the free enterprise system is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and structural leader, with a proven track record in talent and culture management, and a strong background in external relations and fundraising. They should be a transformative, relationship-driven leader who can foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and excellence.
