About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic leadership and overall management of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a comprehensive delivery system of services and supports, ensuring adherence to the mission and strategic goals, and overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budget development, fundraising, and maintaining the agency's financial viability. The CEO will also be the primary liaison with the Board of Trustees, advising on significant matters, and will be expected to engage in advocacy and community relations to promote the needs and objectives of the individuals served by the organization.

Applicants for the President/CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of ten years of executive management experience in the developmental disabilities, human services, or healthcare sector. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic leadership, fiscal management, and a deep commitment to the highest quality of life and independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, the Board, and external regulatory agencies. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is essential, and experience in program development, planning, and continuous quality improvement is highly valued.
