About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a key partner in the organization's strategic decision-making, providing vision, leadership, and stewardship to enhance financial and operational efficiencies without compromising the quality of care. This hands-on, operational leader will be responsible for a wide range of financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, revenue cycle, budgeting, and financial and capital planning. The ideal candidate will be a proven healthcare finance executive, capable of proactively identifying opportunities for cost containment and revenue generation, and driving these changes in a collaborative manner.

The successful CFO will also be the lead executive for the company's partnerships and outsourcing arrangements. The role requires a leader who can maintain the integrity of financial reports, provide expert guidance on financial matters, and effectively communicate and work with clinical and hospital staff. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to translate financial data into meaningful information that supports the organization's operations. A collaborative and thoughtful approach to change management is essential, as is the ability to work with a diverse team of professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
