About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Treasurer to play a pivotal role in the organization's long-term financial success and mission-centered access to care. The successful candidate will be a key architect in driving operational efficiency, innovative technology, and enterprise growth. This executive will provide visionary leadership in financial management, ensuring stewardship and sustainable value creation for patients, employees, and the community. Responsibilities include strategic leadership and transformation, financial stewardship and performance, partnerships, risk, and innovation, as well as governance and fiduciary oversight. The role demands a trusted partner to the President and CEO, with a focus on optimizing resource allocation, automation, and efficiency in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a CPA required, and at least ten years' experience in progressively senior healthcare finance leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare leadership, business and financial management, and a strong understanding of value-based care models. Experience in leading the transition from volume to value-based care, as well as expertise in change management and contemporary operational and financial challenges in healthcare, is essential. The role also requires a leader with a clear vision for innovation and transformation, particularly in the use of advanced analytics, AI, and real-time data for decision-making. The CFO will be responsible for a wide scope of financial and general accounting activities, including revenue cycle management, materials management, and information technology operations.
