Position: Registered Nurse – Home Health Service Area: Naples and surrounding areas within Collier County Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week) with rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage A reputable home health agency is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its field-based clinical team in Collier County. This is an opportunity to provide essential in-home care and make a direct impact on patients' recovery and independence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments, including OASIS documentation Develop and regularly update personalized care plans based on patient progress and evolving needs Deliver direct skilled nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on disease management and prevention Work collaboratively with the broader care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay structure Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement with employer match Competitive PTO Qualifications: Active Florida RN license Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or MSN preferred) Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred Familiarity with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar EMR preferred Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
