About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and external representation for its youth services. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining organizational systems that ensure safety, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery. This includes leading the team in a trauma-informed, youth-centered culture, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with program oversight, impact monitoring, and maintaining partnerships with various stakeholders, including law enforcement, school districts, and community organizations.
Applicants must have a proven track record in grant development, fundraising, and cultivating strategic partnerships. Deep knowledge of youth needs, community assets, and governance structures in the relevant area is strongly preferred. The role requires expertise in nonprofit governance, financial management, and continuous improvement practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of ten years of executive or senior leadership experience, and a background in youth-serving initiatives. Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust and authentic relationships with diverse communities.
