About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic and operational growth, with a focus on market expansion and efficiency to ensure long-term sustainability. This executive will be responsible for providing financial leadership and oversight across all financial operations, serving as a key advisor to the CEO, and working closely with the Board and finance committee. The role demands a forward-thinking, strategic individual with a contemporary financial mindset, capable of leading a full scope of financial responsibilities, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and managed care contracting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare finance, be a gifted strategic thinker, and possess the highest integrity with a strong mission orientation.
The successful CFO at the company will be a results-oriented problem solver, a proven team leader, and will be expected to have a performance-driven approach to both operational and financial stewardship. They must be adept at motivating and influencing others, and have the ability to develop and maintain financial systems that optimize revenues and cash flows. Experience within an independent health system is a plus. The role is suited to a professional who is approachable, visible, and committed to moving the organization forward in a complex operating environment.
