Our client is seeking a Network/Systems Support Specialist for an exciting contract to hire scenario. The Network/Systems Support Specialist will support and manage a network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, and Azure cloud resources. This role ensures high availability, security, and performance across all systems Duties: Laptop migrations from local domain to Azure environment. Manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, virtual networks) and hybrid identity. Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and handle Tier 2/3 escalations. Maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure AD. Manage and administer Microsoft Intune to support device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments. Manage and support LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPN. Manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, virtual networks) and hybrid identity. Maintain documentation for systems, networks, and procedures. Requirements: 3+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration. Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls). Relevant IT certifications a plus.
