We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and delivering innovative solutions. What You’ll Do Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across multiple regional accounts. Win new business by engaging with companies in your assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their cost and service needs are met. Deliver impactful presentations and facility tours to showcase our solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers and Client Relationship Managers—to create tailored solutions. Identify and target regional opportunities that align with strategic goals. Address customer concerns with effective solutions to earn loyalty and satisfaction. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously improving your sales skills and leveraging joint selling opportunities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of sales experience, including calling on accounts. Background in parcel, eCommerce, and logistics is a must. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
