What You’ll Do Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share. Win new business by engaging with companies in your assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their cost and service needs are met. Deliver compelling presentations and facility tours to showcase our capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineers and Client Relationship Managers to create tailored solutions. Identify regional opportunities that align with strategic goals. Resolve customer concerns with effective solutions to earn loyalty and satisfaction. Continuously improve your sales skills through training and joint selling opportunities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of sales experience, including calling on accounts. Background in parcel, eCommerce, and logistics is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
