Our client, a growing investment firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and fundraising-related tasks. The schedule is 9:00am-6:00pm, hybrid (4 days onsite in Manhattan, 1 remote), with flexibility as needed. Responsibilities: Manage calendars for two senior executives and prioritize scheduling requests Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare itineraries Communicate directly with investors and portfolio firms regarding meetings and events Assist with fundraising activities, including scheduling and CRM updates in DealCloud Collaborate with the existing EA/Office Manager to ensure seamless coverage and support Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree highly preferred 5-8+ years of executive assistant experience; financial services background preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience (DealCloud) a plus Professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation/Benefits: Up to $140K base salary + discretionary bonus Medical, dental, and vision coverage; HSA/FSA options 401(k) plan and generous vacation policy Flexible remote work on Fridays, last two weeks of August, and last week of December In-office lunch stipend ($25/day), extended hours meals, and car service home Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for growth Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
