Top Secret Cleared Voice Engineer
to join a premier federal contracting company based out of Pearl Harbor, HI. The Top Secret Cleared Voice Engineer is responsible for sustaining and troubleshooting a secure, resilient IP voice and video network, configuring Cisco, Juniper, Avaya, and SD-WAN components, and resolving complex SIP and network issues to ensure uninterrupted DISA Voice Services.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support voice infrastructure: perform engineering tasks to sustain and troubleshoot a large, resilient IP voice and video communications network, including system maintenance and capacity planning.
Configure and manage network components: implement and manage calling search spaces, route plans, device profiles, and configure Cisco/Juniper routing, switching, and distributed firewall infrastructure.
Configure and maintain Avaya and SD-WAN components: ensure proper set-up, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Avaya voice systems and SD-WAN network elements for secure, reliable connectivity.
Analyze and resolve complex issues: diagnose and resolve SIP signaling, call-flow, remote site registration, and media problems; validate change requests and ensure accurate configurations.
Qualifications
2+ years of voice/SD-WAN, or Avaya support experience.
Active IAT II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
Active Top Secret clearance minimum required.
Compensation
Pay Rate:
$75,000 - $80,000
