Overview We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to oversee accounting for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role is based in‑office in Boston, where you’ll join a collaborative and tight‑knit team.
Responsibilities
Perform full‑cycle accounting functions, including general ledger work and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Execute month‑end close and prepare financial statements.
Utilize AppFolio and Excel to support property accounting activities.
Qualifications
At least three years of property accounting experience.
