Lead Sub彩彩票娱乐 Lead Subcontracts Specialist (Aerospace) Honeywell is looking for a Lead Subcontracts Specialist to establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per the Annual Operating Plan.

You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, as well as Export/Import regulations.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing, you’ll work at

one of our buildings in the Aerospace locations of Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, Norcross or Clearwater on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role you’ll impact the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), company policies and program requirements.

Your expertise in subcontract management will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage all U.S. Government (USG) end‑use subcontracts with suppliers providing products and services necessary for install operations throughout the life cycle of a project.

Act with urgency; proactively engage with the internal program office and contracts group and support lead Program Managers on matters of subcontractor cost, performance and schedule.

Administer existing subcontracts while interacting with Program, Project and Cost/Estimating teams.

Qualifications

6 or more years of procurement/subcontracts administration experience.

DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15).

Detailed understanding of the DoD Procurement Life Cycle.

Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Location‑specific compliance: must be a U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident) if located in Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, Norcross or a U.S. citizen if located in Clearwater.

We Value

Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred.

異 experience working with subcontractors during all phases of a program lifecycle.

Experience utilizing MS Office Suite, SAP and other business tools used in subcontracts management.

Strong organizational skills.
