Honeywell As a Lead Subcontracts Specialist here at Honeywell, you will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business leadership for your assigned commodity/category and/or region as per the Annual Operating Plan. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, as well as Export/Import regulations. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and work out of the Tempe, Arizona location on a Hybrid schedule. In this role, you will influence the evaluation of bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), company policies and program requirements. Your expertise in subcontract management will be crucial in identifying and resolving subcontract issues and developing mutually acceptable solutions. Responsibilities

Responsible for managing all U.S. Government (USG) end-use subcontracts with suppliers that provide products and services necessary to perform install operations for our customers throughout the life cycle of a project. Work with a sense of urgency; proactively engage with the internal program office/contracts group and support lead Program Managers on subcontractor cost, performance, and schedule matters. Administer existing subcontracts with interaction with Program, Project, and Cost/Estimating Teams. Qualifications

6 or more years of procurement/subcontracts administration experience. DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15). Detailed understanding of the DoD Procurement Life Cycle. Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee status). We value
