As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing operation, manage a team of employees, plan and adjust production schedules, promote safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage overall production operation to meet schedule and quality objectives.
Supervise employees, conduct meetings, delegate tasks, train, coach, and mentor staff.
Develop and adjust production plans in accordance with production schedule.
Promote safety, quality and continuous improvement practices across the team.
Promote lean manufacturing and implement process improvement initiatives.
Communicate company policies, rules and standards to employees.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years). Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of production procedures, quality control standards and systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and ERP systems.
Excellent planning, time‑management, organization and problem‑solving skills.
Team‑oriented, process‑focused, open and honest communication, customer‑focused mindset.
Ability to lead teams, conduct meetings, give direction, delegate, and mentor employees.
Position may require fluent communication in English, occasional travel, irregular or extended hours, and potential relocation to a Safran facility.
