Domino’s Pizza is looking for assistant managers who have the judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Job Description

As an Assistant Manager at Domino’s, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew. Responsibilities

Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, and food management. Work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image, and adhere to standards. Provide great customer service and maintain attendance, punctuality, and proper transportation. Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Qualifications

Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage. Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Complete associated paperwork and maintain records. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Perform basic math operations accurately and quickly. Essential Functions/Skills

Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Make correct monetary change and handle orders over the phone and in person. Use motor coordination to manipulate items quickly and accurately. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions

Workplace temperatures can vary from 36°F to 90°F+. Employees may be exposed to cold and hot temperatures, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and grease. Chargers may involve quick repetitive movements, heat, and noisy environments. Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, and occasional climbing flights of stairs during delivery. Lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull trays up to 30 feet, and carry various items, including large cans and pizza dough. Perform bending, crouching, reaching, and hand‑task coordination throughout the shift. Other Information

Valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle are required for delivery duties. Navigational skills are necessary for reading maps and locating addresses within the delivery area. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Domino’s by 2x.
