Job Responsibilities
Manage the store shift, including cost, inventory, cash control and customer relations.
Set a positive example, follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, shop schedule, image, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.
Qualifications
General duties for all store team members.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Varying weather conditions; in‑store temperatures 36–90+°F.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Tasks require standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, and reaching.
