Position Overview Provides individual, family, and group counseling services to patients to address various mental health and wellness issues. Conducts assessments, helps patients problem‑solve needs, and develops coping strategies and action‑based goals. May specialize in Ming. Referral recommended 2×.
Major/Essential Functions
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with collaborative care protocols.
Oversee and mentor assigned mental health fellows through weekly supervision and case reviews.
Maintain timely, complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
Collaborate with primary care providers to develop and implement behavioral health care plans.
Participate in case conferences, faculty development, and quality improvement activities.
Contribute to curriculum development and fellow training sessions.
Monitor and support fellow compliance with institutional and licensing board requirements.
Required Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Licenses/Certificates: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate (LPC‑A), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) pursuing LCSW, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist – Associate (LMFT‑A), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA).
