shift Registered Nurse (RN) with a competitive salary up to $38.50 per hour (depending on experience) and a 5k sign‑on bonus. Day in the Life of a Registered Nurse (RN) As a Registered Nurse (RN), you play a vital role in our clinic. You provide total care for our residents, monitoring their condition and needs, administering medications and treatments, ensuring narcotic policies and procedures are followed, monitoring for side effects, and reporting any changes. You oversee the NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed, complete documentation, admit and discharge residents, report bruises, skin tears, or neglect, maintain confidentiality, and follow HIPAA requirements, and you provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Monitor resident condition and needs.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Follow narcotic policies, monitor for side effects, and report changes.
Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
Complete documentation and manage admissions and discharges.
Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
Qualifications
RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
Desire to work with the elderly.
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. Are you trustworthy and respectful of others?
