Pay: $34.55 per hour, starting wage $30.15 per hour + $3.40 Hero Pay, with yearly wage increases.

Responsibilities
Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications as prescribed, and advise patients/families about medication changes and treatment plans.
Provide preventative and supportive care promoting physical and psychosocial well‑being.
Oversee the CNA team – give direction, assignments, training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
Promote hospitality andenm excellent customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
Active LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
Strong analytical ability to develop personalized care plans.
Excellent customer service skills and commitment to innovative care.
Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing tasks.
