Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist. The therapist will provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy tailored to the needs of women. Key responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with other clinicians, maintaining accurate documentation,2201 and supporting clients throughout their mental health journey. The therapist will also contribute to innovative care models that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in individual and group therapy, with experience in evidence‑based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR).

Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills, with a focus on women’s mental health.

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional in Tennessee, Texas, or Alabama (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills for working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Comfortable with telehealth platforms and working in a remote clinical environment.

Commitment to delivering inclusive, culturally competent care and supporting women’s unique mental health needs.

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
