We’re looking for a detail‑driven and relationship‑focused Business Operations Coordinator to support our medical record retrieval operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting provider offices, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to schedule retrieval appointments. Success in this position includes completing at least 60 outbound calls per day, meeting retrieval productivity goals, documenting all interactions, and consistently achieving 90%+ quality standards. Starts late‑February through March (200+ people required) Equipment provided First 90 days, no time off will be approved One year remote contract assignment (through 01/2027) Full‑Time ONLY | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST Part‑time hours are not available Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour (firm) Training: 2 weeks - On‑camera the ENTIRE training HIPAA compliant workspace required (private, no interruptions, professional) Responsibilities
Scheduling provider offices using mail, fax, electronic systems, and field‑based methods.
Coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely and efficient appointment scheduling.
Sharing assignment details with onshore and offshore teams across the U.S., India, and the Philippines.
Responding to provider inquiries and researching updates as needed.
Supporting inbound calls and managing internal and external correspondence.
Maintaining high productivity to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
Resolving issues and implementing solutions while escalating unresolved concerns appropriately.
Following project protocols and consistently meeting quality standards.
Completing special assignments as required by leadership.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Required
Outbound call experience
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
Proficiency with MS Office - Excel & Word
Quiet/private space to work
