Job Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Workforce Development Manager, create and implement training programs that enhance skills and improve job readiness.
Develop training material, conduct workshops, and facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions to assist clients with securing employment.
Lead employment-related initiatives.
Oversee the approval of educational, vocational, and employment-related service providers.
Serve on employment-related committees and initiatives.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor..........................
Experience in career counseling or related case management.
Preferred Qualifications Experience connecting individuals to employment opportunities.
