Brief Description Coryell Health Hospital's AL/IL Unit is dedicated to providing quality healthcare services to our community. We are seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care and support to patients/residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and changes in health status.
Work under the direct supervision of a Charge Nurse or Physician to perform delegated tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Requirements
Must be a Certified Nurse Aide or enrolled in a Certified Nurse Aide program with completion of the first 16 hours of coursework.
Ability to communicate effectively, with good assessment and observation skills.
Prior clinical experience is preferred.
Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Must be in good physical and mental health, capable of lifting and handling patients as required.
