Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice.
If holding a compact license, transfer it to your state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist with obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary.
TB skin test current within last 12 months.
Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
Must have reliable transportation.
