Job Overview Retail Associate – Inventory role at

WIS International . The associate scans barcodes for current inventory at customer locations to provide accurate inventory information that assists customers in making better business decisions and supporting their clients.

Responsibilities

Scan barcodes for inventory accuracy and provide inventory information to customers.

Achieve established Per Hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data collected.

Communicate information clearly and accurately verbally and in written form, fostering cooperation.

Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one’s abilities.

Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that impact quality and quantity of job performance.

Stand for prolonged periods and walk; use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.

Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequently travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

No degree required; no experience or returning to the workforce welcome.

Military experience considered.

Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work preferred.

Reliable transportation required.

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

Working Conditions

Ability to stand for prolonged periods, with occasional walking.

Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.

Ability to frequently be in low level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.

Ability to frequently use a ladder.

Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.

Frequent travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays.
