Responsibilities
Communicate verbally and/or in writing with customers, suppliers, associates.
Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
Forecast staffing, workload, and performance results to meet business demands. planning future schedule.
Prepare, review, and analyze business reports; use data to identify operational improvements.
Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns through judgment and consultation.
Supervise and manage associates and leaders; give direction, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
Identify training & development needs; provide learning and growth opportunities.
Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates, leaders, and managersROC we act sustainably.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Managementwe or related field.
1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors.
• Managing workload; • Participating in hiring and promotion for multiple departments/areas.
Or 1 year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising associates and managing workloads.
Or 3 years of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment with similar supervisory roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial modeling and analysis; forecasting; P&L accountability Ankara.
Managing challenging workforce issues.
Experience with budgets, budgeting and execution.
