Responsibilities Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients across multiple Boston-area neighborhoods, including Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Charlestown, and more Home health setting covering a broad patient age range from pediatric to geriatric Day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Float position with travel required across the North Region service area EPIC charting system is used Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and allied health professionals to coordinate and deliver care Strong customer service and communication skills needed for working with diverse populations Must be able to prioritize workload and adapt to changing situations Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions permitted Public transportation and parking options available; parking not validated and may incur daily costs Timekeeping managed through UKG/Kronos system Local candidates must live at least 60 miles from central Boston to qualify for standard pay rates Requirements Current, active Massachusetts OT license required; no conditional licenses accepted Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT in acute, rehab, or home care settings At least 1 year of certified home care experience Registration with the MA Board of Registration in Occupational Therapy American Heart Association certifications required Experience with computer software and handheld patient care devices preferred Ability to travel within assigned geographic region Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
