About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization. This strategic and hands-on position is dedicated to building and owning the entire hiring engine, with a focus on defining and executing the company's hiring roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for personally sourcing, assessing, and closing high-impact hires, including senior engineers, GTM leaders, and early executives. They will also be instrumental in designing interview processes, building scalable recruiting workflows, and managing a team of recruiters to ensure a culture of speed, ownership, and a high hiring bar.

Applicants for the Head of Talent role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in recruiting or talent leadership within high-growth tech environments, with a proven track record in both technical and GTM role hiring. The role requires a leader with a builder mindset, capable of creating and implementing systems, and who is comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced setting. Strong opinions about hiring standards, team design, and talent quality are essential, as is the ability to operate as both a strategist and a closer. Technical literacy and experience in a top-tier startup or scale-up are considered a bonus. The Head of Talent will play a critical part in the company's growth, and the people they bring on board will have a direct impact on the future of the organization.
