The Company is seeking a Head of Talent to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization. This strategic and hands-on position is dedicated to building and owning the entire hiring engine, with a focus on defining and executing the company's hiring roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for personally sourcing, assessing, and closing high-impact hires, including senior engineers, GTM leaders, and early executives. They will also be instrumental in designing interview processes, building scalable recruiting workflows, and managing a team of recruiters to ensure a culture of speed, ownership, and a high hiring bar.
Applicants for the Head of Talent role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in recruiting or talent leadership within high-growth tech environments, with a proven track record in both technical and GTM role hiring.
