Compensation RN III salary $83,200.00 ($40.00 hourly) plus overtime @ time and a half. Shift differentials: $2.88 per hour for evening and night shifts.

This includes providing nursing assessments, planning, interventions, evaluations, health‑related education, case management, and execution of the medical regime including administering medications and treatments prescribed by any person authorized to prescribe by state law.
Typical Functions
Assess health status of individuals, families, and communities; develop plans and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Evaluate and determine health resources necessary to meet individual, трудsto or community needs.
Deliver professional nursing care//--------------------------------; in an assigned unit, clinic, home, or other setting.
Educate individuals, families, communities, and members of the health care team about disease prevention and health promotion.

Delegate tasks safely as may be performed by others, consistent with educational preparation and the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Assure quality health care through record review, peer review, clever observation, and assessment of health outcomes.

Level Descriptor This is the senior level of this job family where employees are assigned more advanced responsibility in an assigned work unit or geographic area and may be assigned direct supervision. Employees at this level have complex assignments and substantial independence in planning, organizing, and completing work, including developing and presenting educational programs, quality improvement, mentoring, and surveillance of potential patient‑care incidents. Administrative responsibilities include approving leave and initiating disciplinary actions.
Education And Experience Possession of a valid Oklahoma license as a registered nurse approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and two years of professional nursing experience in a field appropriate to the health care setting; or a Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and two years of professional nursing experience in a field appropriate to the health care setting.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Competencies Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and techniques; health promotion and disease prevention; nursing management of health care resources; nutritiondropdown; function of clinical departments; federal and state health services regulations; accreditation, certification and licensure standards; preventive health practices; teaching methods; nursing standards and policies.
