Quality Control Lead Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Control Lead Inspector for one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX.
This is a long-term temporary position. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Hours:
First Shift.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of garment inspectors, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and accurately.
Oversee the inspection process, ensuring that garments meet the required specifications for quality.
Identify any defects or issues with garments and work with PI teams to resolve them promptly.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, defects, and corrective actions taken.
Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and company expectations.
Collaborate with the production and WH teams to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
Identify and escalation any significant quality issues or potential risks to immediate supervisor / manager.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the inspection process and overall product quality.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Garment Inspector, Quality Control Inspector, or similar role in the garment manufacturing industry required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Experience in textile factories or weaving companies required.
Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting (Words, Excel, Power Point).
