• Patient Demographics: Frail and elderly populations
• Patient Volume/Census: Variable based on program size
• Admissions: Oversight responsibility
• Rounding: Occasional (as needed for oversight)
• Phone Consults: Frequent (administrative and clinical guidance)
• Case Mix: Complex geriatric patients with commodities in community-based care

• Office Equipment Available: Standard office and clinical tools
• Specialty Backup Available: Interdisciplinary teams and contracted specialists
• Support Staff Available: Physicians, NPs, nurses, clinic and allied health professionals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: MD/DO with current state license and DEA registration
• Certifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical leadership and 3 years working with frail elderly
• Other Qualifications: Leadership in managed care and interdisciplinary environments required
