JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: MD/DO with current state license and DEA registration • Certifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Geriatrics preferred) • Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical leadership and 3 years working with frail elderly • Other Qualifications: Leadership in managed care and interdisciplinary environments required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee clinical care delivery and medical supervision • Lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs • Collaborate with HR to recruit and support clinical staff • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and job descriptions • Ensure 24/7 medical coverage system and triage coordination • Participate in compliance and licensing reviews • Supervise Infection Control activities and ensure OSHA adherence • Analyze KPIs, manage clinical budgets, and improve service efficiency • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
