Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on
HR Operations Manager
to join their corporate team based in Fort Worth. This role will be instrumental in advancing HR service delivery and ensuring operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on compensation and benefits strategy. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, multi-site environment. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HR Manager experience supporting multi-site operations; will consider strong Sr. HR Generalists or Director-level candidates Proven experience leading core HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, policy development, and compliance Strong background in compensation and benefits , including plan design, salary structures, classifications, and bonus programs for both salaried and hourly employees Hands-on experience partnering with brokers to evaluate and implement benefit and retirement plans, including 401(k) and wellness initiatives Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze HR metrics, produce strategic reports, and support business decision-making Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt as needed Highly Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Familiarity with immigration processes (LIA, I-140) and supporting expatriate employees Knowledge of ancillary benefits and wellness program design Experience working with Canadian employment laws and policies Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimize core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management Oversee HRIS administration, ensuring data integrity and supporting system enhancements Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws Manage immigration, expatriate programs, OSHA/safety compliance, and Workers’ Compensation processes Direct all compensation, benefits, and bonus programs—including salary structures, classifications, 401(k), wellness, and ancillary offerings Partner with brokers to evaluate and implement benefit and retirement plans, negotiate rates, and manage vendor relationships Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-informed decisions, and provide strategic reporting to leadership Drive cross-functional HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and change management efforts Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and support a positive employee experience Why You’ll Love It Here: Opportunity to lead and elevate HR operations across a growing, multi-site organization with national and international presence High-impact role with visibility and collaboration across senior leadership and key stakeholders Competitive compensation and benefits package Supportive, people-first culture that values innovation, process excellence, and continuous improvement Seniority level
