What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team - Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations - Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues - Provide feedback to product management for enhancements that align with customer needs - Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation to support sales efforts

What is Required (Qualifications): - 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience - 1-2 years of experience with Customer Service, Customer Experience, workflow, Field Service, or BPM software - Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person - Strong creative problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset - Effective territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with sales teams
