What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team - Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations - Answer product feature and technical inquiries from customers and colleagues - Provide feedback to product management regarding enhancements to address customer needs - Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation

What is Required (Qualifications): - 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience - 1-2 years of experience with Customer Service, Customer Experience, workflow, Field Service, or BPM software - Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in-person - Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset - Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with Sales teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization - Familiarity with creating customer value across various industries - Ability to travel for face-to-face meetings when necessary
