Divisional Controller

The Divisional Controller will oversee financial operations and reporting. Responsible for cost and inventory accounting, budgeting and operations. Manage all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate results. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain audit readiness. Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a productive and high-performing team. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and compliance. A successful Divisional Controller should have: A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing industry. Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tools. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and collaborate across departments. A CPA or similar certification is preferred but not required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. What's on Offer
