Job Title: Level 1 Support Technician

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Level 1 Support Technician to join our Managed Services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, tackling a variety of technical challenges, and setting up new environments. You will be the first point of contact for new client onboardings and provide hands-on support with hardware/software installations, network configurations, and security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Visit new client sites to perform initial environment assessments and setup activities for onboarding (l imited travel is estimated to be less than 30% and we will have a company vehicle for local travel). Initial support of networking environment, wireless access points, and related network hardware. Deploy and configure EVR (Endpoint Vulnerability Remediation) agents and other security tools on client endpoints. Set up and troubleshoot security cameras and other physical security systems as required. Manage and resolve NOC (Network Operations Center) tickets, escalating issues to senior technicians when necessary. Assist with user account creation, password resets, and basic system administration tasks. Perform software and hardware installations and updates on Windows and/or Mac environments. Document all work performed, ensuring accurate records for client environments and ticket history. Deliver a positive client experience by maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor at all times. Qualifications: Experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role. Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts. Basic experience with Windows desktop/server operating systems and Active Directory. Familiarity with endpoint protection, patch management tools, and security camera systems is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues. Comfortable working independently at client sites and communicating with non-technical users.
