We are looking for a Property Manager in Pawtucket, RI to oversee a 103-unit scattered-site community that includes Tax Credit and HUD Project-Based Section 8 housing.
Salary: $65,000/year

As a Property Manager, you will: Oversee all operations of a 103-unit scattered-site affordable housing portfolio Manage recertifications , including annual and interim, ensuring full compliance with HUD and LIHTC requirements Process special claims , monitor delinquencies , and lead rent collection efforts Approve invoices, pay bills , and manage property-level budgets Supervise site staff and vendors, ensuring maintenance and resident issues are addressed promptly What You Will Receive:

Experience Required for Your Success
What We Look For:
2+ years of experience managing affordable housing ( LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 ) Strong working knowledge of recertification processes and compliance standards Experience with special claims , delinquency resolution, and financial oversight Certification such as TCS or COS is a strong plus Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office About Wingate:
