Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will: Post rent payments, managedelinquencies, and assist witheviction processes Completeannual and interim recertificationsfor HUD compliance ProcessSpecial Claimsaccurately and on time Assist with resident move-in/move-out procedures and unit inspections Provide excellent customer service while maintaining accurate resident files What You Will Receive:

Experience Required for Your Success

What We Look For:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus 1-2 years of HUD housing experience, including EIV and Special Claims Strong knowledge ofrecertification processes(annual and interim) Familiarity with Microsoft Office;OneSiteexperience preferred Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills About Wingate:
