Experienced Property Manager - LIHTC (Atlanta, GA) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Onsite Daily Salary: $60,000-$65,000/year Location: Atlanta, GA

In This Role, You Will: Manage day-to-day operations for a 143-unit LIHTC property Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, unit turns, and vendor coordination Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations, including annual recertifications and file audits Handle financial responsibilities including bill payment, budgeting, and reporting Supervise and support on-site staff Maintain strong resident relations and timely issue resolution

Experience Required for Your Success
What You Bring:
3+ years of property management experience, specifically in LIHTC housing Solid understanding of tax credit compliance and documentation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with RealPage or other property management software Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills COS or TCS certification is a plus What You'll Receive:
