Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with patients and coordinating care with external providers Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations and managing ongoing medication Mentoring and training graduate students in clinical practice Screening and assessing patients for mental health and substance use disorders Providing evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy Monitoring treatment responses and documenting patient progress accurately Representing our practice through community outreach and educational presentations Maintaining comprehensive electronic medical records (Athena) while ensuring regulatory compliance We offer a supportive environment where you will be recognized for your contributions while also having the opportunity for career growth in various areas.
