Job Description
The Concrete Preconstruction Manager will:
Lead and coordinate all preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and estimating efforts. Manage design development, ensuring constructability, cost efficiency, and alignment with client goals. Oversee bid packages and procurement strategies to secure qualified subcontractors and vendors. Collaborate with project teams, clients, architects, and engineers to drive value engineering solutions. Prepare detailed cost analyses, risk assessments, and presentations to support project award decisions. The Successful Applicant
The Concrete Preconstruction Manager should have this experience:
5+ years of structural concrete bidding experience. Have worked on commercial ground up projects. In these markets preferably, healthcare, education, multifamily. Interacting and presenting proposals to clients. Experience with Proest software is a plus! OSHA 30 What's on Offer
The Concrete Preconstruction Manager will receive:
Competitive base salary in the $120,000 to $140,000 range. Company profit sharing, paid out annually. Performance bonus around 10%-15% of the base salary, paid out annually. 3+ Weeks of Paid Time Off. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance benefits. Company sponsored events and activities.
