Job Description
Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables. Manage multiple subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Monitor and control project budgets, cost forecasting, and change order management. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Lead on-site project meetings and provide consistent communication and reporting to executive leadership. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of operational best practices. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in both commercial and residential projects. Strong knowledge of South Florida construction practices, permitting, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools. OSHA certification and PMP or CCM designation preferred. What's on Offer
