Required Education: •Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field Required Technical Skills: •5-7 years of experience in business process analysis/systems analysis for large-scale IT solutions •Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, backlog grooming, sprint planning) •Familiarity with Java, PostgreSQL, AWS, or similar technologies •Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and writing test scripts •Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SoX) Required Soft Skills: •Communication: Ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders •Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving complex issues •Collaboration: Work effectively with offshore teams and business partners •Leadership: Drive initiatives without constant oversight Preferred Skills: •Background in software development (Java) •Experience with off-the-shelf solutions (e.g., Salesforce) Job Description: •Gather and document business requirements for warranty processes •Partner with IT teams to design scalable solutions •Work with Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, and engineers to track development, report bugs, and prioritize features •Lead UAT-write scripts, coordinate testing, and provide feedback •Develop training materials/job aids for end-users •Ensure solutions meet internal policies (SoX) and regulatory requirements •Serve as the bridge between business teams (e.g., Parts Pricing) and IT •Solve ad-hoc warranty system issues Performance Indicators: •Successful rollout of warranty solutions •Effective UAT completion and user adoption •Positive feedback from business partners on clarity and support Disqualifiers: •Lack of initiative ( "timid " candidates) •Poor collaboration or communication skills
